I am so sorry to hear of Fred's passing. He was extremely kind and helpful when I joined MAS and he continued to provide support and guidance. My sincere condolences to his family. I will continue to think of Fred as I continue my work with MAS.

I was saddened to learn of Mr. Simons' illness and subsequent passing. 
Mr. Simons was one of many Bayview Golf & Country Club members who warmly welcomed me when I began working in the Fitness and Wellness Centre over 15 years ago.
He also pursued an active lifestyle outside the gym, and it showed. 
In recent years, I missed seeing him in the gym but enjoyed our brief chats when encountering one another around the club.

Never knew Fred but I can tell by meeting his son that he must of been a Super Man. Sorry for your loss and I hope you can carry the memories of him forever. God bless him on his journey and we will all meet again some place at some time.  Amen. RIP❤

I had the honour of working with Fred at Manulife for over 25 years, and he was an outstanding human being in every respect, a very fine man.  Capable, courageous, strong, determined, smart, honest, forthright, charming, a wonderful leader and mentor, friend... the list goes on and on. 

While deeply saddened by his loss, I just keep reminding myself how fortunate we all are to have known and learned from such a delightful man. I hope a little smidgen of his fine character lives on in us.

I was so sad to hear about Fred's passing. I was very privileged to facilitate with Fred during the Courage to Lead program at the University Health Network.
