Passed away on Monday, May 28, 2012 at Wesburn Manor at the age of 83. Predeceased by his beloved wife Phyllis. Devoted Dad of Chris and his wife Delynn and Kim and her husband Ron Campbell. Proud Grandpa of Mark, Kyle, Shannon, and Connor and Great-Grandpa of Ashley. Dear brother of June Gibson and brother-in-law of Marie Empey. Friends may call on Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 7-9 p.m. and Friday, June 1, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 1 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at York Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
