Gerald Herman Cook passed away on September 9, 2015 at Mackenzie Health Centre, Richmond Hill at age 92. He was born in Holland on September 4, 1923, and emigrated to Canada in the 1950’s with his wife and two young sons. He was married for 65 years to Martha, who predeceased him in 2011.
He is survived by his sons John and Joseph, daughters Joyce and Ellen, grandchildren Christopher, Julianne, Amy, Christine, Danielle, Alex, and nine great grandchildren. He was a long time member of Thornhill Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will be private.
