My heart is breaking just writing this. Just remembering your mom, my gizineni, who was like my second mother after I lost mine. Remembering her wonderful and gentle soul, will remain with me forever. I'm blessed to have known her, she will never be forgotten. A good heart has stopped beating and a good soul has gone to heaven. May god give her eternal rest and give your family the strength to bear the pain.

You have been my dear Anyu since the first day I met you when I came to dinner at your house. And you have been my second mother after my own mother started to suffer from Alzheimers and I couldn’t talk to her anymore.  You were always my support and friend.  As we go over your pictures I see your lifetime again. I see so much beauty, happiness and joy, but I also know that there were many hardships and heartbreaks.  You are one of the very few people in the world who chose to become “better” rather than “bitter”. Your reaction to everything was always from a heart of love and forgiveness. You always chose love.  Only an Angel could have such a heart of love and only God could have given me such a wonderful mother-in-law.  I love you, Anyu.  You will always be in my heart.

Words will never be able to describe how grateful I am that I could call such an amazing woman my Nagymama. I will never forget her endless love and generosity and all the time she spent doting on her only granddaughter. She made me feel so loved, so special, so needed and so wanted. I could tell her anything and everything and she always knew exactly what to say. She was the kind of person who would strive to make a big deal of even the shortest of visits – cooking fabulous 3-course meals with, of course, a fun game (or 3) of Snapszer to finish.

Nothing compares to the hugs and kisses I got from my Nagymama, filled with so much love and care so that there was no doubt in the world of how important I was to her. I can only hope that when I have kids and grandkids I can be the kind of role model that she has been to me; that I can be the safe haven, the confidante and the true love only a grandmother can be. I always heard people say that there’s no love like that of a grandmother’s – this I can confirm with absolute certainty. My Nagymama is and always will be one of the most important people in my life. I love you so, so much, Nagymama, and know that you are now looking down on me as my guardian angel.

To the greatest mom ever: 
Just over sixty two years ago, you watched me take my first breath. On Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 6:07 pm I watched you take your last. I am glad that I was there with you in your last moments on this earth, because you were there for me my whole life. You were a mom twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Nothing will ever be the same for those of us that love you so much. You will live on in our hearts forever.                                             I know how much you loved your only granddaughter, and that she was the light of your life and your pride and joy. You played such a immense part in helping her become the amazing young woman that she has become. Please know this mom, she loves you and misses you and you will forever be her role model. 
Rest in peace mom, there will never be a day that we won't think of you..!! Heaven is a much better place now.

Such a beautiful picture of Gizella! I remember Gizella as always being so sweet, generous, and kind whenever I had occasion to be with her. At Emily's birthday celebrations, she would be there helping in the kitchen, making sure refreshments were in good supply. I have only ever heard her spoken of with loving, caring words. I'm so sorry that she has passed away. My deepest sympathies are with the family at this time.
