Passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2010 at Cummer Lodge in her 98th year with Shirley at her side. Predeceased by her caring husband William A. Joyce. Beloved sister of Marion. Devoted mother of Doug (Carolyn) and Shirley (Ron). Proud grandmother of Bryan (Mary), Scott (Stacy), Kim (Warren) and Laurie and great-grandmother of Duncan, Rowan and Kaia. Friends may call on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 from 6-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment at a later date at Deseronto Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Fairlawn Avenue United Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
