Peacefully at St. Michael's Hospital on Saturday, February 7, 2015, surrounded by her loving children, at the age of 84. Glenna was predeceased by her husband Arthur. Leaving behind her sister Fay Sanderson; nephew Brian; loving daughter Joanne; sons David (Jess), Michael (Marilyn), Gordon (Kimberly); grandchildren David Jr., Tammie (Ryon McGill), Spencer and Leandra; great-grandchildren Braden and Isabella (Bella) and many nieces and nephews. Mom loved her trips to the family farm and visiting friends and family in the west and east coast and in the States. She loved to travel. She will be truly missed by all whose hearts she touched. She will always be loved. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 13th from 6-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles). Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 14th at 2 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment York Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
