After a lengthy illness, passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at North York General Hospital in her 83rd year. Predeceased by her loving husband Eric. Beloved mother of Charles and his wife Elsie and Richard and his wife Elizabeth. Devoted grandmother of Charles Jr., Eric, Michelle, Christine and Michael. Friends may call on Monday, March 15, 2010 from 6-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Timothy's Roman Catholic Church (21 Leith Hill Road). Interment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
