Passed away peacefully on Thursday June 1, 2006 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, in her 71st year. Beloved sister of Connie Cussons, Sheelagh Riggin, Sylvia McPhee and the late George McPhee. Jean will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends. The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation to the staff of the Critical Care Unit at Sunnybrook. Friends may call on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday June 5, 2006 at 1 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Christ Church Catherdral in Ottawa, National Art Centre Orchestra in Ottawa or the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.
