Passed peacefully in his 96th year. Jim was predeceased by his loving wife, of over 50 years, Vitina. He is survived by his beloved daughter Susan and son-in-law Herberts Berzins. Cherished Papa of Danielle and Jackie. Survived by his brother Joe McArthur. Jim was an employee of Loblaws for over thirty years. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. Friends may call on Monday December 1, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday December 2, 2014 at 1 p.m., in the chapel. Donations may be made in Jim's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Sick Kid's Hospital.
