Jo-Ann was a loving wife to Michael Joseph Gillard for over 50 years before he passed on June 29, 2022. Daughter of Madeline and Vincent Auchincloss. Jo-Ann was a loving sister; pre-deceased by Florence, Lorraine, Margaret, Vincent and Thomas and is survived by her siblings William and Patricia and was fortunate to have many nieces and nephews.
Kind, thoughtful and funny; she was a studious teacher who gave countless students good counseling over the years.
She was loved by all her close friends from school, the car community and especially her dear friends Nora, Wanda, and Brian who were so helpful to her.
Jo-Ann will be truly missed by all who knew her.
A reception for Jo-Ann will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2023 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes (8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON L4J 1W3)
