Passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2003 at Toronto, at the age of 79. John is survived by his loving wife Lilian, daughter Linda Morris and husband Barry, and son John Jardine and wife Louise. John served overseas with the Royal Canadian Air Force during World War ll and is also a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion North York Branch No. 66, and a member of their Colour Party since 1976. John is also a life member of the Bell Pioneers, after working 37 years with Bell Canada. Friends will be received at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles) on Wednesday, October 29 from 10 am until time of service at 11 o'clock in the chapel. Private family interment. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Tony Stacey Centre for Veteran Care-Building Fund.
He will be sadly missed
by his family and his many friends.
