Dick-(Veteran of WW II)-Passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2004 at the North York General Hospital, in his 85th year. Dick, beloved husband to Kay for 50 years. Loving father to sons John (Karen) and Jim and daughters Joanne (David) and Cathy (Ron). Cherished Grampa to Ian, James, Michael, Andrew, Colin, Craig, Christine, Cedric, John, Katie, Chelsea and Danielle. Dick will be missed dearly and fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Friends may call on Monday from 7 - 9 pm, Tuesday 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). Mass of Christina Burial will be celebrated at St. Edward the Confessor Roman Catholic Church, 75 Churchill Ave., on Wednesday, May 26, 2004 at 9:30 am. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
