Passed away peacefully, on Thursday October 4, 2007 at the York Central Hospital, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of almost 60 years to the late Irene Parker (2006), who was the essence of his life. Loving father of Kerry Lee Clarke and her husband Greg and Steve and his wife Diana. Cherished grandfather to Lindsay, Charles and Jamie. His gentle caring appreciation for friends and family will be forever missed. Friends may call at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles), on Wednesday October 10, 2007 from 12 noon until time of memorial service at 1 o'clock. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to York Central Hospital Foundation or St. Michael's Hospital Foundation.
