Peacefully, with his loving family at his side, on Sunday October 28th, 2007 at the Markham Stouffville Hospital, in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Betty for 26 years. Loving father of Yvonne and her husband Lorne Hurst, Joe Jr. and his wife Brenda, Brian Campbell, Jill Welsh and Michael Campbell. Cherished "Grampa" to Darren, Christopher, Jim, Erin and Lisa and "Great-Grampa" to Melody. Survived by his sister Muriel Olive of Bristol, England. Joseph will be missed and lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews as well as extend family and many friends. Friends may call on Tuesday, October 30th, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). Funeral Service will be held at the R.S. Kane Chapel on Wednesday, October 31st, 2007 at 1 o'clock. Interment, Westminster Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
