Passed away peacefully at the age of 54 on Tuesday May 30, 2006. As per his wish, Karl was at home surrounded by his family. Karl will be lovingly remembered by his wife Elizabeth, his son James and fiancee Sarah, and his daughter Catherine. He will be dearly missed by his father Alfred Kunz and wife Dana, and sister Anna Ashley. He was a wonderful husband, father, teacher and friend. Visitation will be held on Friday June 2, 2006 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday June 3, 2006 at 1 p.m. at St. Matthew the Apostle - Oriole Anglican Church (80 George Henry Blvd, on Sheppard between Don Mills and Leslie). Interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetrey. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
