Pacione, Leonilda "Lena". Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on Saturday December 6, 2014 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Loved mother of Joey (Wendy) and Sandy (David). Loving grandmother of JD (Debbie), John (Pam), Nicole (Nathan), Rory (Lauren). Great-grandmother of Andrew, Sydney, Anthony, John and Leo. Sister of Sammy (Bonnie). Predeceased by her siblings; Donald, Victor, Michael, Mary, Peter and Josephine. Surviving is her son-in-law, Rick and daughter-in-law, Sheila and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends for visitation at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). on Tuesday December 9, 2014 from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at in the funeral chapel on Wednesday December 10, 2014 at 11 a.m. Rite of committal at Holy Cross Cemetery, Holy Family Mausoleum. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Sick Kids.
