Passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 16, 2011 at the age of 85, surrounded by her family. Loving Mom of William, Chris, and Jill and devoted Grandma of Geoffrey, Jason, Evan, Jack, Kyle, Veronica, Edward, and Madeline. Dear mother-in-law of Lona, Susan, and Bill. Predeceased by her brother Bill and sister Margaret. Lois will be missed by her nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Friends may call on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 11a.m. in the chapel. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated.
