Nothing in this world not even life or death can keep us apart, 
We want to say thank you for being the best that you could be, 
You're our confidant, our best friend, the head of our family, 
Now it is time that you can finally stop worrying about us, 
You can relax, have fun, you no longer need to fuss, 
We know that if we need you, you'll be here by our side, 
We do believe that even though your not here with us, 
this will never be goodbye, 
We love you and the happiness you have given us will last a life time.

...A man with a great sense of humor, a soldier, a fighter, a loving father with a very strong will-power. That's just few of my dad's characteristics that I'm so proud of.

He spent his last seven years on earth battling with metastatic lung cancer. His strong desired and will power to get cured is what I admired the most- and i had that witnessed until he draws his last breath.

Dad, though your life on earth has ended, you will remain forever in our hearts. I'm so honored and privileged that I got to spend a lot time with you especially on your dying days. 

Though sadness and regrets filled our hearts when you passed away, the joy of seeing you again in Heaven is what we are all looking forward to.

Dad,

I will never say goodbye to you Dad
cause I know this is not the end for us to see each other.
You will only be going to a place where there's no pain nor suffering.
I am happy for you, for you will be with God.
For now we need to go in separate ways.
I remember how your arms hold me and give me strength.
You were always there to listen, love, and defend me in everything.
You were my very best friend. 
In my triumphs you were always proud.
I'm very grateful and proud to call you my dad.

I would give up everything I have just to hug you one more time.

I felt the world stops and my heart stop beating when they told me you're gone…….
How I wish I was only dreaming.
Just like the rain; tears fell down from my eyes, I couldn't speak for a while.

For always understanding, listening , caring, and loving me for the rest of your life.
The greatest gift God gave me was YOU…….. my Dad…

Your battle is now over, no more tears flowing down your cheek,
no more pain, no more suffering, now you are no longer weak.
We still do not understand why this had to happen to you,
but we are proud to say you are our dad, the greatest man we ever knew.
You were always there for us and never once made us cry,
until the day you closed your eyes and had to say goodbye.
Now you are our Angel, so spread your wings out wide,
please wrap them around us whenever you see us cry.
Our time together was memorable and God took you way too fast,
But the most precious thing to us was you being there for our first breath,
and us being there for your last.
