Mansell was born on October 25th, 1941 to Noel and Amy in Wood Park, St.Mary Jamaica.
Mansell is survived by his loving wife Vivney, his children, Derek, Andrew, Mark, and Michelle. His grandchildren, Delan, Shandon, Jordan, Kassidy, Bree, Quincy, and Drew, his great granddaughter, Navy, and his brothers and sisters.
The funeral will be held in Jamaica.
