Peacefully at home surrounded by family on Saturday, April 17, 2004. Beloved husband of Rosa Vivan and loving father of Anita and her husband Antonio and Edda and her husband Carlo. Proud Nonno of Matthew, Daniella and Elena. Cherished brother of Gemma, Beniamino, Palmira, Enrico, Suor Lanfranca, Diana and Pietro as well as their families. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, friends and relatives. The family would also like to acknowledge with thanks Dr. David S. Kendal and the team from the Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care and especially Jocelyn Inaldo. Family and friends will be received al the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles) on Tuesday, April 20, 2004 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at Blessed Trinity Church, 3220 Bayview Ave. (north of Finch) on Wednesday, April 21, 2004 at 10 am followed by the entombment at Highland Memory Gardens, 33 Memory Gardens Lane. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and to the Sunnybrook Regional Cancer Centre.
