Passed away on September 4, 2012 at Toronto Western Hospital at the age of 48. He will be sadly missed by his mother and father, Joy and John Catherwood and his sister Lisa Catherwood and her husband Chris Case. Miles will be fondly remembered by his extended family and close friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 9th from 2-4 p.m. and a Memorial Service on Monday, September 10th at 1:00 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CAMH or Yonge Street Mission.
