Passed away peacefully on October 6, 2013 at the age of 94.
Beloved wife of the late Charles for over 69 years. Loving mother of John and his wife Kathy and Robert and his wife Beverley. Grandma to Jeff, Andrew, Sarah, Jason and Jeremy. Great-grandma to Desmond, Lily and Sylas. Miriam will be missed by Judy and other extended family and friends. A special thanks to Dr. Silverman, Dr. D'Angelo, caregivers Rose and Floren for their excellent care.
Friends may call on Thursday, October 10, 2013 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Orono Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Salvation Army - North York.
