The middle child of a family of eight loving siblings, Nuong’s kind and youthful spirit will be remembered fondly by family and friends. Especially the dozens of younger cousins, nieces, and nephews that adored her.
Nuong had a smile that would light up any room she walked in. Children would always excitedly gravitate towards her at family gatherings.
She will also be remembered for her selfless and giving nature, cheerfulness, humour, and her famous fruit dessert that she always made.
It is fitting that her final act was to once again, think of others, and give the gift of life by donating her organs to save those in need.
Nuong’s kindness, love, and laughter will forever live on in the memories of everyone who was touched by a gentle soul that suddenly left us too soon.
A visitation for Hong Nuong will be held Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at St. John's Dixie Visitation Centre, 737 Dundas St. E., Mississauga, ON L4Y 2B5. Following the visitation will be a committal service from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at St. John's Dixie Crematorium, 737 Dundas St. E., Mississauga, ON L4Y 2B5.
