Pasquale Barbuto, a Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Friend to many, passed away peacefully on Sunday August 10, 2014. Sadly, after succumbing to illness this last challenge proved too much for his weakened body. He always had a smile, a kind word, and helping hand for everyone, and enjoyed the company of young and old alike. He will always be remembered for his childlike curiousity, sense of humour and ability to make everyone feel at ease. Pasquale touched many people in his life and will be missed by family and friends. Family and Friends may call on Wednesday August 13, 2014 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral service will be held Thursday August 14, 2014 at 9 a.m. in the chapel. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, in Thornhill. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lung Association.
