Passed away after a short courageous battle with cancer surrounded by her family on Saturday, April 24, 2004, at the age of 80. Beloved wife of Donald for over 35 years. Loving mother of Susan (Dennis Sereda), William, and her step-son Donald (Katherine). Cherished Grandma of Abigail. Dear sister of Toni, Anne (nick Kolis) and Nettie (Mike Gryschuk). Patricia will also be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Josephine and Wasyl, her siter Jaros, her step-father Semen Yusypchuk and her brother-in-law Rudy Toffen. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2004 at 3 pm at Thornhill United Church (25 Elgin St.). In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hill House Hospice would be appreciated by the family. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. J. Charles, Dr. R. Blachowitz, the staff of Hill House Hospice and Patricia's extended family for their care and support.
