Passed away peacefully on November 27, 2013 at North York General Hospital at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Hall). Loving father of Kim (Billy), Tracey and Blair (Shelley). Proud grandfather of Ashley, Zachary, Spencer, Chloe, Sydney and Alex. Will be missed by his sister Marlene (Craig). A special thanks to the staff at North York General Palliative Care Unit for their compassionate care. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles.) As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
