Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at Scarborough General Hospital at the age of 99. Ruth, beloved wife of the late Joseph Henshaw (1988). Loving and cherished mother of BettyLutley and her husband Don, and the late Paul, David, Ann and Don. A very special lady, she will be greatly missed by all her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 27th from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 28th at 11 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Toronto Humane Society or a charity of your choice.
