It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Terry Seary, in his 80th year, on July 4, 2010 at North York General Hospital. Beloved husband of Kathryn (Kay), who were in their 56th year together. Loving father of Jane (Frank), Pat (Andrew), Fran (Malcolm) and Carolyn (Gord). Beloved grandfather of Michael, Laura, Melissa, Andrea; Carly and Anne; Matthew and Kelby; Corynn and Nicole. Beloved brother of Michael. He was a dedicated volunteer at Toronto Zoo and North York General Hospital. An avid curler, even managing to get on the rink, in his wheelchair, this past spring. He worked for over forty years with McGraw-Hill Ryerson. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 8, 2010 at 1:30 PM at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles) with visitation from 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Toronto Zoo or NYGH - Volunteer Services.
