Peacefully passed away on Monday, September 27, 2010 at her home at the age of 86. Loving mother of Dennis, Wayne, Sharon, Sandra, Gayle, Brenda, and Gordy. Predeceased by her children Joanne, Patsy, Terry, and Gary. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother of many. Dear mother-in-law of Blaine. Special thanks to all her caregivers for their compassion and support. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 30, 2010 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 1, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
