Tom passed away peacefully on February 6, 2015 at West Park Health Care Centre, in his 82nd year after losing a hard fought battle with ALS. Thomas is survived by his 3 daughters, Laura (Dan), Sarah (Kristian), Vanessa, granddaughter Sloane, brother-in-law Carl (Catherine) and 2 nephews Edward and Andrew. Thomas is predeceased by his beloved wife Marie. Thomas will be sadly missed but will live on forever in the hearts of his family and friends.
Flowers for the memorial service can be sent to Jerrett Funeral Home, or the family is welcoming donations to the ALS Society of Canada in his honour.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 8088 Yonge Street (7 traffic lights north of Steeles, on the west side) on Thursday, February 12, 2015 from 2 pm to 3 pm for a celebration of life. A breif catholic funeral service will commence at 3 pm.
