It is with profound sadness and sorrow that we announce the death of our beloved mother Valerie Handley. She passed peacefully with her son’s by her side after a brief illness on December 29th, 2024 at Mackenzie Health Richmond Hill Hospital. She is survived by her two boys Kyle (Katie) and Blake (Jamey), her grandchildren Amelia, Nico, two granddaughters (Blake), and her dog Roxy. She is also survived by her brother Ray and two sisters Laura (John) and Cindy (Eric) as well as 9 nieces and nephews.
Valerie rejoins in eternal life her parents George and Kay Marlok, her sister and brother-in-law Mary and Frank Schwab, and sister-in-law Linda (Ray).
Valerie will be remembered as a kind, caring, and passionate soul who was devoted to family and loved every moment she spent with them. She will be remembered for her generous spirit, brightening every room she walked into ,and her affinity for shopping. She will be deeply missed and her legacy will not be forgotten.
