(Lewie)-Passed away Saturday, September 18, 2004, at the Veterans' Residence Sunnybrook Hospital, at the age of 91. Beloved husband, for 64 years to Ethel (nee Hawkins). Dear father and father-in-law of Margaret and Doug Lyman. Grandfather of Cynthia, Laura and James. Proud great-grandfather of Allyshia, Colton, Austin, Shane, Arista and Cory. Friends may call on Sunday from 7 to 9 pm and Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Service to Celebrate Lewie's life will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, Septmber 21, 2004 at 11 am. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. The family would like to express their many thanks to all the staff at Sunnybrook DVA Residence for their ever present compassion and excellent care.
