Zola Lovatt

Passed away peacefully on September 25, 2011 at the age of 56. Wife of Ian. Loving mother of Reed Alexander and Chloe Ashleigh (Benjamin), daughter of the late Lygia and the late George Georgiades. Sister of Alekka Thomas (Lee) and Daniella Mourtzis (Adonis), sister-in-law to Jessie Lovatt, daughter-in-law of Bernice Marion Lovatt, and loving aunt to four nieces and two nephews. Zola was full of life with an outgoing personality who made many great friends both within and outside of the airline industry. The family wishes to thank Julie, Lisa, Cindy, Erica and the rest of the staff at the Maple Health Centre for their care and compassion that was provided to Zola. Friends may call on Thursday, September 29, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 30, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at All Saints Greek Orthodox Church (222 Burbank Drive). Interment to follow at King City Cemetery. Although we are saddened with her passing, Zola is finally free from an insidious and debilitating disease. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Ontario or a charity of your choice.
