Alex Ray Kim

On April 1, 2014 the world lost a wonderful man. Alex Kim was loved by many. He was a cherished husband, father, brother, and son. He was friends to many. Alex had a smile that could light up a room. He was always the joker and could bring tears to your eyes with his humor. He loved to travel, watch sports, and of course, nap. He had a very strong commitment to his wife Brandie, and his son’s Mason and Zach. Having two boys, he always strived to be the example he wanted them to grow up to be. He has a strong relationship with his parents and he could not have loved his brothers more. They have been pillars of strength, loyalty and dependability bringing joy throughout his entire life. Alex has a strong connection with his wife’s family and was deeply loved. Alex has worked for Ball for many years and has established deep relationships with all he came in contact with. The loss of Alex leaves a large hole that will never be filled. He will live on through all of us as his passion for life was so contagious.

Alex is survived by his loving wife, Brandie, children; Mason and Zachary, parents; Thomas and Michi Kim, Blake and Alice Elwood, siblings; Chung (Lyanna) Kim, Gene (Suek) Kim, brother-in-law; Jason (Darla) Shulze, nephews; Scott Kim, Steven Kim, Adrian Young, nieces; Brandi Young, Erika Kim, along with many other family and friends.
