Arletta moved to the city of Denver with her family when she was 2 years old and relocated to Commerce City when she was in 6th grade. She graduated Adams City High School with the class of 1971. Received her Associate Degree with the Community College of Denver in 1976.
Arletta married the love of her life June 1, 1976 and they were blessed with two beautiful daughters Amanda RheAnn Swearengin (Steve Swearengin) and Alissa Renee Heuberger (Joshua Heuberger Sr). She was blessed with 5 Grandsons, Nathaniel & Mason Swearengin, Joshua Jr.,Lucas & Eli Jacob Ray Heuberger.
Arletta worked for the Adams County Mental Health Center for fourteen years as the Executive Administrative Assistant. She then went to work for the Getty Oil/Exxon Mobile Company and worked there for twenty years. She finished her career before retiring with the Brighton School District 27J.
She lived her life by faith as a Christian woman and was loved by many.
