Byron Gloyd Comfort, age 99, of Denver, Colorado, passed away on February 2, 2026. He was born on December 16, 1926, in Hanford, California. A proud Navy veteran, Byron served his country during World War II.
He will be remembered for his long life and dedicated service.
A visitation will be held on February 16, 2026, at 10:00 am at Olinger Highland Mortuary, located at 10201 Grant St, Thornton, CO 80229. The funeral service with Military Honors will follow at 11:00 am. A graveside service is scheduled to follow at 12:00 pm at Olinger Highland Cemetery, There is a reception to follow in the Honor West Venue at Olinger Highland Mortuary.
