Caden always had a smile on his face and a sparkle in eyes. He lived life fully! We will cherish the memories from the countless travels and adventures with him on the hockey teams and the trip to Nebraska where the boys caught soo many fish , they couldn’t even carry the stringer full of fish. Going to concerts and the boys would get us right up front. We all loved this young man and will miss him always!

Caden has been my next door neighbor for several years. Living next to him and watching him grow up was such an amazing thing! I watched his dad teach him how to drive for the first time. We sat in the yard for hours introducing our dogs to each other. And the one time him and Cobey jumped the fence to help me start a bonfire for an unsupervised party I was having while my parents were on vacation.  I will miss Caden! And Cobey, get ready to be bear hugged from me every time we pass each other in the front yard! 

This is from a grandma-in-law, but prefer Grandma-In-Love. I would like to give kudos and thanks to our dear Caden's younger brother, dear Cobey.  He has been circumspect in providing emotional support for our aching hearts, even though his is broken as well.  That's a huge step-up. They call me Shanny (cross between Sharon and Granny), but never have been quite sure how to spell it. 

My Children & neighbor kids grew up with Caden & remember him fondly.  We are all deeply saddened to hear of this tragedy.  Through the years as our lives have changed, my daughter would give me updates about the old neighborhood gang...  I was happy to hear of his career & his happiness going forward.  Our prayers are with his family & today just want to send love & support their way.  -I remember one evening making a cake, he & his little brother joined us outside & he said it was the best cake ever!  ♡

Caden was and will forever be the most amazing person in my life. He has such a pure soul and anyone who knew him was lucky. I was the luckiest one of all getting to love him. He had the brightest and best smile ever, he would spend his time making sure that everyone in the room was happy, I’ve never met someone with the character Caden had.  The world lost the best angel. 

In July of 2018 Caden took my brother and I hiking up in Boulder. I had the honor of meeting his beautiful Mom and his Dad. May the Lord always continue to bless and watch over Caden’s family. 

My husband & I moved in next door to Caden, is Dad, & brother 12 years ago. I can't remember a time in that 12 years that Caden didn't have a smile. He was always polite & friendly. Even stopped to visit with my Mom last year when he was home for a visit. I can't believe his light was taken from this world so soon. My thoughts & prayers go out to his family. He will be missed by so many.

Got to totally embarrass Caden  going through the Wendeys drive through while ordering Frosty’s. He could hardly talk to the lady he was laughing so hard. Will always remember that smile and laugh.
