Charlene Mary Zavishlak (Dandrow), 84, of Denver, Colorado, passed away April 30, 2023. She was born June 18, 1938 in Denver, Colorado to John and Dorothy Dandrow and among four sisters. She graduated from Cathedral High School in 1956 and is a Denver Colorado native and pioneer. She was very active in Cheesman Park Musicals, day care, Girl Scout Leader, teaching religious classes at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, loved camping with IOF, family, and friends, enjoyed being a member of the Denver Performing Arts. She retired from working as an Administrative Assistant from Education Commission of the States. Preceding her in death is husband of 55 years Narcy Zavishlak, and parents John and Dorothy Dandrow. Survived by Sisters Delores H., Maureen L., Dorothy A., Daughter Narcene B. (Terry), Son’s Neil Z., Kurt Z. (Jana), six grandchildren Daric (Juliana), Kayla (Agustin), Emma, Kate, Jack, Luke, and great grandchild Chelsea, and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins. A Rosary at 6:00pm and will be on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Olinger Highlands Mortuary, and Funeral Mass at 10:00am will be Monday, May 15, 2023 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Burial at Olinger Highlands Mortuary, and a Reception following at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in the Albert Puhl Center.
Serving as pallbearers are Terry Bedore, Daric Bedore, Jack Zavishlak, Luke Zavishlak, Charles Lederhos, Shawn Carney and Agustin Ramirez-Cordova.
