Charles Eugene Parsons Sr. (Jay) died on Monday September 14, 2015 at 1:50am, from complications of diabetes. Charles is survived by his wife Virginia Ann Parsons of 57 years. He is also survived by 5 children: Charles Jr., Virginia(Stepp), Robert, Patricia (Hufner), and Kenneth. Charles is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchcildren, 2 brothers Floyd and Malcolm and 2 sisters Juanita(Harris) and Betty (Kent). Charles will be deeply missed by many.
