Cindy Lou Foster

Cindy was born on March 7, 1964 to Patricia and Robert Conklin in Santa Maria, CA. In 1982, she met Michael Foster and they wed in 1983, going on to have their children Michael on their one-year anniversary in 1984, Ryan on Labor Day in 1986, and Tara on Mother's Day in 1989.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Robert, in 2009. She is survived by her mother Patricia; her husband Michael; sons Michael and Ryan; daughter Tara; brothers Robert and Scott; sisters Debra and Lori; son-in-law Tobias; daughter-in-law Ashlee and Ashley; and her six grandchildren Jade, Greyson, Noah, Vincent, Maddox, and Alani.

Cindy also leaves behind a brokenhearted, supportive group of relatives, including aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and countless friends. Cindy was a true angel on earth. She was kind, loving, caring, strong and such a pure soul. She lived her life to the fullest, despite her many challenges. Her greatest joys and accomplishments were the love of her life Mike and the gift of being a mom to Michael, Ryan and Tara and a Nonna to Jade, Greyson, Noah, Vincent, Maddox and Alani.

A celebration of life for Cindy will take place at Olinger Highland Mortuary on Saturday, May 9th at 10am.
