Collin was born in Alamogordo, New Mexico on August 29, 1956. He grew up in Idaho Springs Colorado. He traveled from Colorado to California but loved his 6 years in Alaska. He moved back to Colorado in 1999 and bought his forever house in Broomfield, Colorado. He loved to fish and go camping. Collin was always making everyone laugh and smile. He touched the hearts of everyone he met.
Collin is survived by his children, Lisa & Robert Noel, Samantha & George Martinez, Derek Pendleton; and grandchildren, Isaiah Hernandez and Raylynn Noel.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022,12:30 at South Adams County Fire Station 1, located at 4711 East 69th Avenue, Commerce City, CO 80022.
