The memories are many. We had so much fun sitting up playing cards until the wee hours of the morning when we got together. I remember him and I remodeling the farm house living room and we worked on that until we were about to drop. We got done and went out on the porch and dropped a can of glue on the floor and we stood and laughed til we cried. (you had to be there to understand) We made trips together in the Black Hills of South Dakota and in the mountains of Colorado. The years have gone by way to fast but we cherish the times we had with Darrel and Nyla. We miss them.

I want to thank each and every person who played a part in the story that was my father's life. How do you consolidate 85 years of memories into a short synopsis of photos? In the movie included on this memorial page, you will see a sampling of photos of everything that was important to my father ... my mom, my brother, my aunts and uncles, my cousins, my grandparents, my step-mother, step-siblings, our friends, co-workers, neighbors, pets, homes, yards, ... many of which have yet to even be found much less included. Therefore, I encourage you to add your own photos, stories, memories and tributes to share with us all!

Many of you know that my brother, and only sibling, Glenn, suddenly passed away in December of 2016. The distance of him living in Calfornia at the time prevented us from being able to memorialize him properly. Please, please feel free to add your photos and memories of him as well. He was my best friend and I miss him terribly ... especially now.
