My thoughts and prayers for you in this time of sorrow.

My baby cousin Davers, I've been waiting for the right words to come before I post this message. It's been over a week now and still nothing sounds quite right. I don't know if it will ever be right, so here goes... I love you and will miss you very much. I am sad beyond belief. My whole being fills with tears every time I pass by the little picture of you hanging on my fridge. I know in time that feeling will fade and I will start to remember all of the fun things and good memories... but right now it really sucks. I guess I don't have very much experience with losing people I love and I don't think I want to do this again. I know you're in a better place and all of that stuff, but I kinda just want you back here giving me a hard time. I wish I could have told you how much I love you and how much Serin looks up to you before you had to leave. But please know you will never be forgotten. NEVER EVER! Goodbye Davers. May peace and serenity surround you wherever you are... My beautiful Aunt Linda, I love you so much. I am so sorry. You mean the world to me and I wish I could make this go away. As a parent, I don't think I could ever understand what you must be going through. I miss you and I promise I will come see you soon... My precious Uncle Dave, I look up to you for your strength. I can't even imagine how hard this is for you and still you find the strength to make sure everyone else is doing OK. I love you so much. Thank you. Hailey and Corey, my beautiful cousins, I love you both so very much. I'm thinking about you every moment and I'm sending lot's of love and positive energy your way. Sweet Brittany, keep your chin up little girl. David loves you sweetie and he's watching over you now. You are safe and protected... Jerry, Kristy and Eric, thank you for taking care of my Aunt, Uncle, and Cousin. They need you now more than ever. You are loved and appreciated very much... That's all I got. Smitty, Kristy,Linda, Haley and Corey. I cannot imagine what you must be going through right now.Joe and I have precious memories of little David.Remember he was always scared of the "monsters" in the basement. He will be scared no more. May God lift you up during this time of grief and sorrow. We send prayers and love to all of you.

Dave, Kristy and family: Sending my prayers that God holds you close at this time.  May the days you shared, and the memories you made with David be a precious gift you carry forever.

We will always miss you Butch....and cherish the great times you spent with us!  Butch moved to Boise to live with Dave and Kristy around 2005/2006. We were lucky enough to be their next door neighbors.  The first time we met Butch was the 4th of July and he moved his lawn chair from Dave and Kristy's driveway over to ours to watch the fireworks and an incredible and unending friendship began.  He was a couple years older than my daughter, Jessica, who was completely smitten by Butch's good looks and carefree attitude and my boy who was 5 years younger took to Butch like the big  brother he never had!  Boating, camping, floating the river, sitting on the patio, playing xbox....whatever we were doing we loved spending time with you! When you moved back to Colorado we were devastated but we could count on that call every June/July letting us know you were coming to Boise to visit your sister and you always made time to spend at least a day with us!  I always looked forward to that call "Hey Mark, I am going to be in Boise in a couple weeks. Let's get together."  I am really going to miss not getting that call this summer.  My heart is heavy with sadness and you will be missed by the Richmond's but we know you are watching over us (please keep an extra eye on Jessica) ...Big Dave and Kristy....we love and miss you guys soooo much!  Butch was a great kid but you both know that.....stubborn like Dave but a heart as big as the Colorado Rocky Mtns.  He will be missed!  We love you guys!    Mark, Kim, Jessica, and Chase Richmond
