

Dino Vasquez, a devoted and beloved individual, passed away on October 20, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on April 10, 1956, in Kansas City, Missouri, Dino was the cherished son of Diego Vasquez and Hope Vasquez. He spent his formative years in the Commerce City School District, where he laid the foundation for a life marked by hard work and generosity.
Dino's career was diverse and industrious. He served as a Wagner Heavy Equipment Operator, a driver for the Denver Post, and a CDL Truck Driver for multiple companies. His professional life was a testament to his honest and hard-working nature.
On September 5, 1990, Dino married Laura Sanchez, and they later parted ways. He is survived by Laura and his life long friend Teresa Leeka. He also leaves behind a family who adored him, including his daughter Hope Dolores Vasquez, stepson Joshua Louis Sanchez, and stepdaughters Michelle Renee Sandoval and Nikki Gabriella Mida Martinez. Dino was a kind-hearted and faithful grandfather to Daniel Soloman Vasquez, Destiny Hope JLayne Vasquez, Danaya DeeLaura Bonilla Vasquez, Devinity Rose Vasquez Martinez, and Daraya Love Vasquez Martinez. He also cherished his step-grandchildren Antonio Juan Lucero, Antonio LeeLouis Martinez, Harmony Nevaeh, Maximilian John Ehrman, Athena Gabriella Schafer, Oliver Hanyes Schafer. He will be missed by his siblings Sylvia Hopkins, Victoria Subeldia, and Dave Vasquez (Valerie Vasquez), as well as numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Dino was a man of personal interests that included football, gambling, and his cherished Firehawk. His love for having his money on hand was well-known among those close to him. Above all, Dino was family-focused and will be remembered as an amazing grandpa.
A visitation will be held on November 7th, 2025, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at the Crossroads Church of Denver, located at 3010 Newland St, Wheat Ridge, CO 80214. This will be followed by a Funeral Service from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, and a reception to follow.
