Donna was a cherished friend, and mentor who I admired. I miss talking to her and occasionally getting to see her. I worked for her and Tom at their Agency in Denver for years.

We had known your parents earlier, through the Jaguar Club, but one of the luckiest things we did was moving in next door. Donna was the most wonderful neighbor one could imagine. She was generous and thoughful. Her sense of humor and attitude toward life bespoke a special person. We were very privileged to have been a part of such a well-lived life.

All I can do is smile when I think of Donna!  So many memories of a strong, loving, caring, person who through selfless actions helped give a spoiled child direction and helped teach me what truly caring for somebody was about.

Donna was a beautiful person. I feel blessed to have known her. She instantly made me feel comfortable in her home. I was there to work for her, but sometimes it felt like she was always making sure I was okay. She had the strength of a lion, the gentleness of a deer and the quietness of a dove. Mixed with all that she was a fiery little pistol and a comedian. We shared many laughs and a few tears. I learned a lot from her. I learned that I need not fear anything, I learned to take life one day at a time, I learned to be patient with those you love, I learned how to make a bed properly and fold pants at the seam tee hee.... Most of all I learned that God sends little angels in my life from time to time and Donna is one of them! My last memory of her is sitting next to her bedside and she kissed the top of my hand and told me I looked beautiful, then she said to get outta here and move on with my life. She was looking out for me and did not want me to be sad. Donna- you are as free as an eagle now. I love you and will see ya on the other side.

I loved Donna for her sharp wit and saucy irreverence, always combined with boundless compassion.  I feel blessed for having known her.

Donna was a strong, determined, feisty, funny, and caring woman.  I am so fortunate to have had her in my life.  She was there when I need strength and I was there when she needed a smile and a laugh.  My last memory of her; she was sitting in the recliner and I bundled her up in a warm blanket.  We were both laughing.  My thoughts and prayers go out to her family.  Nola and I miss her very much!

We have many memories of all the fun we had at Carter lake and of Donna sharing her doll houses with our grandchildren.

I will always love and cherish Donna and the good times we had together.  I will miss her.
