Doris Jean Metcalf was born on November 7, 1937 in Arriba, Colorado to parents Forrest Phillips and Alice Crawford. She passed away on May 18, 2011 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. She is survived by son Jon Metcalf and sister Donna (Ron) Chase. She is preceded in death by her husband Clarence C. "Sonny" Metcalf and 2 sons; Randy Clifford Metcalf & Tracy Clayton Metcalf. Funeral Service is Saturday, May 28, 2011 at 10:00AM at Olinger Highland Mortuary, Thornton, Colorado. Burial will be on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at Olinger Highland Cemetery in Thornton, Colorado. Doris will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved her. She will be forever in our hearts and in our minds.
