Dorothy was an innovative woman. She introduced computers to her company in 1980’s and helped to establish computer systems throughout her company. Her intelligence and forward-thinking altered how things were done. After 20 years, she retired in early 1990. During her retirement, she enjoyed sewing, baking, going to her grandchildren’s and great grandchildren’s games and traveling. If you could imagine it, she could make it. She also enjoyed baking especially if it would sweeten the umpires for the games of her grandchildren.
She was a loving mother and grandmother and great grandma (GG) and she will be greatly missed.
Dorothy is survived by her children, Douglas DJ Archer, David W. Archer, Dana L. and Tami Archer, and Diana R. Medina; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; siblings, Raymond Campbell, Marge Allen and Joan Moore.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Denton J. Archer; parents, Willard and Hazel Campbell; brother, Donald Campbell; and grandson, Joshua Medina.
A Visitation will be on Friday, March 7, from 9 - 10 am, followed by a Funeral Service at 10 am, both at Olinger Highland Mortuary.
