83, passed away peacefully on December 7, 2014 in Thornton, Colorado. Born on March 10, 1931 in Green Bay, Wisconsin to Edwin A. Krause and Rose (Schumacher) Krause. She is survived by her loving family; son Steven (Mary) Justus, daughters, Eve and Susan Justus, step-children; Jim (Judy) Parnitzke, Mike (Mel) Parnitzke, Paul (Heather) Parnitzke, Donna (Eric) Burdette, Dawn (Mark) Nickerson, brother in law Bob Parnitzke, also 11 grandchildren; Jullian Biegel, Sarah Biegel, Lauren Woodward, Ryan Parnitzke, Sophie Parnitzke, Emalyne Parnitzke, Aryanna Parnitzke, Mitchell Burdette, Ashley Nickerson, Christie Nickerson, and Leah Nickerson. Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, Donald W. Parnitzke, sister Lois LaPlante, niece Cheri Tachick, brother in law Gordon Parnitzke, and her parents.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2015, 10am at Olinger Highland Chapel in Thornton, Colorado. She will be laid to rest in Nicolet Memorial Gardens in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
