Elmer Kenneth Kenyon Jr.

Ken was born June 09, 1956, to Elmer and Lucille Kenyon, in Aurora, Colorado.

He spent most of his youth in Commerce City, CO. He graduated from Adams City High School with honors. He then moved on to achieve his Associates degree in early childhood education, he got hands on training at Babyland Corporation. Unfortunately, Ken did not get to proceed with his passion for helping children because of health issues. Although through all his complications, he managed to take care of his mother and help take care of all of his nieces and nephews, which he enjoyed the most.

Ken was a nice, loving, and caring person who never complained even through the roughest of times. He loved music, reading, wrestling and spending time with friends and family. He was very close to God and never blamed God for any of the medical conditions he endured. Even during his last trip to the hospital, he made sure his bible came with him.

Ken is survived by his sister Lucy, his brother Rich, his nephews John, Adrian, David, and Alex. His nieces Angela, Anna, Rachel and Mary. His grand nieces & nephews Josephyne, Isibella, Selena, Maddox, Santana, Eddie, Major, Aiden, Lincoln and Jeremiah.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father Lucille and Elmer, his grandma Stella and grandpa Enos, his aunt Pearl & uncle Floyed and his niece Ashley.

Services for Ken will be held at Eastern Hills Community Church, located at 25511 E. Smoky Hill Rd. Aurora, CO 80016 on Monday, November 13th, at 11:00 am. And will be followed by a Celebration of Life at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, located at 8800 Federal Blvd. Federal Heights, CO 80260.
