Feliciano was born to LeeRoy and Grace Fraser on May 29th, 1968, along with his twin sister, Felicidad. Feliciano passed away on May 31st, 2018. He leaves behind 10 siblings; Luisa Martin-Humes, LeeRoy Johnson, Yoreel Fraser-Trumpet, Xiomara Fraser, Channita Fraser, Jose Fraser, Juanita Fraser, Archie Fraser, and Bartholomew Fraser; 10 nieces, four nephews, and a host of cousins.
Sammy was a jack of all trades, and a master of many. He always looked to make people smile, crack a joke, lend a hand, and just BE. He loved dogs, and had a grand plan to open, and maintain a successful pet store.
His laugh was infectious, but not more than his passions for travel. He spent his last four years touring the east of this world, and enjoyed every moment of it. He was the pillar of his joy, and always found the bright side of life. He loved life, and loved all who crossed his path.
